It's happened to me too. It's a bug that kills you without reason. The death message usually says that you killed by an angry enderman, but sometimes it says that the player died because of commands or a projectile. I think it's probably a tick error.

this game is very fun the Minecraft by Griff patch is boring cause there no new things like(frog ,netherite)like that

i think that bug killed me too, i think if you passed or walk to the block, it kills you, it would be better to destroy it by mining it.
